If you have taken a test for SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 and are unable to obtain a testing certificate, check with the entity where you performed the test if the result is already communicated in the SINAVE software application with all the information necessary to generate this certificate. The DGS informed the entities authorized to carry out these tests that they must register the necessary information to allow the generation of a testing certificate.
