What is the eVaccination Bulletin?
The eBulletin is the digital format of the user's vaccination record, where all the user's vaccines are recorded: the vaccines already administered and future vaccines.
Who can have access to the electronic vaccination record?
Anyone who is registered in the personal area of the SNS 24 portal or has the SNS 24 mobile application installed can access the electronic vaccination record (eBoletim de vaccinas).

Where can I consult?
You can consult the electronic vaccination record (eVaccination Bulletin) through the personal area of the SNS 24 portal and the SNS 24 mobile application.
How can I access the electronic vaccination record?
You can access your vaccination record by:
- personal area of the SNS 24 portal:
- log in with Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key or Health User Number
- go to the 'My Records' section
- select the 'Bulletins' item
- click on the 'Vaccination Record' tab – list of the inoculations administered, future and overdue
- SNS 24 mobile app:
- log in with Digital Mobile Key or Health User Number
- go to the 'My Health' page
- click on 'Vaccination Bulletin' – list of the inoculations administered, future and overdue
What documents and requirements do I need?
You only need to be registered in the personal area of the SNS 24 portal or have the SNS 24 mobile application installed to consult the electronic vaccination record (eBoletim de vaccinas).
