You can obtain proof of contact with SNS 24 through:
- personal area of the SNS 24 portal, in the 'My records' section by clicking on the item 'Health pathway'
- form available on the SNS 24 website on page Contact us
- SNS 24 mobile application, in the Health Agenda and clicking on the day you contacted the SNS 24 line
How can I access the SNS 24 personal area?
To access the personal area of the SNS 24 portal you need to register through:
- Digital Mobile Key or
- Citizen Card or
- Health User Number

How can I request proof?
- in the personal area of the SNS 24 portal:
- go to the 'My Records' section
- click on the 'Health pathway' item. Here you can see the contact made with SNS 24
- click on 'Download' to access the document in PDF format that you can save or print
- in the SNS 24 mobile application, accessing the Health Agenda and clicking on the day you contacted the SNS 24 line
What is the deadline?
In the personal area of the SNS 24 portal and in the SNS 24 mobile application, the contact information with SNS 24 is available for consultation whenever you access this area.
Contact details are stored for the period defined by law. You can request proof during this period.
How much does it cost?
The service is completely free.
