When can I order?
You can request proof of attendance at any time after the consultation episode.
Where can I get the proof?
You can obtain proof of attendance by:
- da personal area of the SNS 24 portal, without having to travel
- in person, during the opening hours of the administrative services of the health unit to which he resorted
If any of your declarations of attendance do not appear in the online list of the personal area of the SNS 24 portal, you should go to the administrative services of the health unit.
What documents do I need?
No documents are required to request proof of attendance.
What is the deadline?
There is no deadline. Vouchers are available at personal area of the SNS 24 portal as soon as the consultation episodes (and not a medical prescription) or an emergency episode are registered by the health unit.
How can I request proof?
This service allows you to obtain a statement proving how you were assisted in an institution of the National Health Service. To do this, simply access the personal area of the SNS 24 portal, in the section 'I need...' by clicking on the item 'Consult proof of attendance'.
How much does it cost?
This service is completely free of charge.
