Who can request a prescription for usual medication?
All patients who are referred to as chronic patients by their GP can request their usual medication.

You can make the request whenever you need your usual medication, according to the prescription provided by your doctor.
Where can I place the order?
You can request your usual medication through the services of personal area of the SNS 24 portal and at SNS 24 mobile application.
To dispense at the pharmacy, the user only has to present the Citizen Card so that their request is answered.
How can I order my usual medication digitally?
To request chronic medication digitally, you can access:
- personal area of the SNS 24 portal
- log in with Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key or Health User Number
- go to the 'I need...' section
- click on the 'Recipes' item
- select the 'Usual Medication' tab

What documents and requirements do I need?
To renew your usual medication through the services of the personal area of the SNS 24 portal or the SNS 24 mobile application, simply ask your doctor to refer you as a chronic patient and authorize the availability of the list of your medications. If any medication is missing, you should contact your doctor and inform him about it.
What is the deadline?
The electronic prescription is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. The usual medication has a validity of 6 months when issued on a renewable prescription.
What is the cost of accessing the usual medication order?
Access to the request for prescription of usual medication in the personal area of the SNS 24 portal or through the SNS 24 mobile application is free of charge.
